A New Service Just For Churches and Non-Profits

Church Site Management

As easy as WordPress is to manage on your own, some churches and non-profits find it difficult to squeeze in the time to keep their sites updated, or to train volunteers on how to manage their websites. It can be frustrating and discouraging to have a slick new site but to have it quickly fall out of date. When your site hasn’t been updated it sends the wrong message to your visitors.

With that in mind, I’m offering a Church Site Management Service. When you sign up we’ll schedule a meeting, either in person or over the phone, and set up your maintenance schedule to meet your goals.

Basic Service Includes:

  • Monthly Scheduled Social Media and Electronic Marketing blasts (Monthly set up, blasts can be on any schedule but I will set one up each month ie. monthly, MWF, every 2 weeks etc.)
  • Weekly Sermon Uploads
  • Weekly Posting (You provide the content*)
  • Monthly SEO Audit and tweaks with reports
  • PPC or Facebook ads Management (optional)
  • Weekly Security Scan
  • Monthly Performace Audit with reports

Fill out the form below for a FREE, No Obligation consultation and see if the Church Site Maintenance Service will work for you.

How It Works

Each maintenance plan is unique but will follow this basic plan:

  1. We’ll meet and set up your Management Schedule.
  2. If you have a Senda Site or a Custom Site on the Senda Server You will have a new window in your dashboard with a deadline calendar and a convenient upload form. If you are on a different system we will set up a custom solution for you.
  3. You will need to provide me with any content for the week by Monday at 9 PM EST for them to be included in that weeks’ round of updates.
  4. Sermons will be posted on the Monday night after service.
